This book is not just a book it’s a representative of Parsi society their lives their existence in their development all the aspects of Parsi society.
.
The book focused on its ancient history, their origin & the beginning of Rivayats.
.
The role of Parsis in the Mughal court & their credibility. It touched one of the most disturbing & heart warming incident i.e Parsi Riot 1832.
.
Not only that but the making of Parsi personal laws with some landmark cases & their decisions also discussed in the book.
.
Love stories of Ratan & Susaune, zoroastrian, prostitutions, Iranian association involvement, special marriage act, Parsi Bhikari fund, child marriage, social problems all the things are quite unknown to me & I am sure many of us also don’t know about it. Here author nicely compiled all of them in this book that gives a deep idea & make ourselves more closer to the Parsi society.

πŸ™‚ Cover of the book is simple solid in colour with bold title & that simplicity draws anyone’s attention in one go.
πŸ™‚ Writing style of the book is smooth. Author brilliantly executed the book with perfect blend of emotions, issues, solutions, fights, struggle for survival & fight for identity that just keep you hooked up with it
πŸ™‚ Language used in the book is sometimes simple & sometimes it is compilcated it’s a mixture of it.
πŸ™‚ In the apendix part those historic events are the main highlight for me as they are not only informative but also quite helpful to know more about the ancient past.
πŸ™‚ Inclusion of References is a good initiative as everything can’t be cover in the book in a detailed manner. So if anyone wants to know more about any topic he/she can refer to it.
πŸ™‚ Addition of images & scribbles letters are just making the book more interesting to read & those supports that what author penned down is factually correct
πŸ™‚ Perfectly paced keeping every details intact.
